At Twist Gym We Got the ENERGY!!

Our program offers an engaging and safe environment for children to develop essential fitness and kindergarten skills, such as listening, sharing, and following directions. These classes provide a structured, clean, and enjoyable space where kids interact with peers and receive personalized attention. Emphasizing independent instruction, kids participate in relay races, weekly practice skills, and socialization, making it an excellent transition from parent-participation classes.

For parents of older children, we offer advanced classes that help young Ninjas thrive by conquering obstacle courses and climbing walls, building strength, agility, and perseverance. As they progress from rookie to pro, kids boost their confidence and learn to overcome challenges both in and out of the gym. Our advanced classes focus on developing strength, stamina, and agility through relays, games, and ever-changing obstacle courses. Join us for an adventure-filled journey of growth and achievement, tailored to meet the developmental needs of children at every stage.

Mighty Kids (3yrs - 6yrs)

This class is so much fun and is comparable to an all around phys ed course – indoors! For many children this is the next step after our parent participation classes. There is a lot of emphasis on following instruction independent from Mom and Dad – a crucial skill for an easy transition into Kindergarten. We have relay races, learn a practice skill each week, learn about a sport, and develop socialization skills with the other children in class. Parents really enjoy sticking around to watch all of the fun in this class!

Mighty Kids (3yrs - 6yrs)
